Your Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the USA. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping large Consumer Goods enterprises understand how Aforza can solve their most pressing commercial challenges. As a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers, you’ll design compelling solution stories, lead engaging product demonstrations and build confidence in Aforza’s technology and industry expertise.
You’ll operate at the intersection of business value and technical know-how, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to win strategic deals and shape the future of our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a lead Sales Engineer across the full sales cycle, from discovery through to value articulation, demonstration and closure
- Deliver compelling, industry-specific product demos tailored to customer priorities and business outcomes
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover needs, map requirements and craft differentiated value stories
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for both line-of-business and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales to develop opportunity strategies and solution roadmaps
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with clear, concise and technically sound responses
- Influence customer decision-making with thought leadership on digital transformation, sustainability and AI-first strategies
- Contribute to a shared library of demo assets, templates, and best practices
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools and customer success approaches
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales roles in enterprise SaaS
- Deep understanding of the Consumer Goods industry, ideally including sales, marketing or revenue growth processes
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques, with a proven ability to apply them to increase personal productivity and customer impact
- Proven ability to sell to senior business and IT stakeholders with confidence, clarity and business acumen
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, cloud platforms and integrations, certifications a plus
- Passion for demonstrating innovation and solving real-world challenges with technology
- Strong presentation, storytelling and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events as required
