Role Purpose

The Senior Trainer will lead the design, delivery, and continual improvement of Aforza training programs across customers, partners and internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful product adoption, enabling partners to deliver confidently and keeping Aforza staff aligned with our latest product innovations.

Responsibilities

Customer & Partner Training

Deliver engaging training sessions to customers and partners across all Aforza solutions.
Tailor content to different user groups (field reps, trade marketing, IT, and leadership).
Ensure high adoption through hands-on learning and scenario-based exercises.

Internal Training

Deliver structured onboarding and product training to Aforza staff.
Act as the conduit between Product and the wider organisation, ensuring all staff remain up to date on new releases and innovations.
Provide feedback to Product Management on training gaps, usability, and adoption challenges.

Curriculum Development & Management

Develop and maintain the full curriculum of Aforza training courses across CRM, Retail Execution (REX), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Analytics.
Create supporting materials including user guides, eLearning modules, and interactive assets.
Maintain training relevance by incorporating feedback and aligning with product roadmap updates.

Standard Trainer Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and deliver high-quality training workshops.
Assess participant performance and measure training effectiveness.
Manage training logistics, scheduling, and certification processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Trainer in technology or SaaS organisations, ideally within CRM, Retail Execution, TPM, or Analytics.
Strong instructional design skills – ability to create engaging, interactive learning content.
Excellent facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or related industries.
Understanding of field sales processes, promotion execution, and trade marketing.
Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM Analytics.
Certification in training methodologies (e.g., Train the Trainer, instructional design).
